An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until October 1, 2024
Believe it or not, you can get effective exercise from a chair, the exercises are low-impact yet effective. A few benefits are strengthening and toning muscles and improving cardiovascular and bone health. People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair.
