Some of the benefits of yoga are: Improved Flexibility, Builds Strength, Increases Muscle Tone, Improves Balance, Supports Joint Health, Prevents Back Pain, Better Breathing, Mental Calmness, Reduces Stress, Increases Self Confidence and overall fewer symptoms.
