Start Up Suffern Business

All Roads Lead To Suffern!  The Village of Suffern is working with the Suffern Chamber of Commerce to promote our Village  as we begin reopening our business district.  The Village of Suffern has developed a Start Up Suffern Resource Guide to assist Village of Suffern Merchants and Restaurant Owners navigate the process of reopening .  The Start Up Suffern Resource Guide provides answers to frequently asked questions.  The Resource Guide also provide information to assist our Merchants and Restaurant Owners develop their reopening strategy.   The Start Up Suffern Resource Guide is available HERE.

The Village of Suffern is pleased to announce the Village of Suffern Outdoor Dining on Village Sidewalk Program. Governor Cuomo announced earlier that Phase 2 will now include Outdoor Dining. The use of Village sidewalks for outdoor dining will enhance the dining experience for residents and visitors to our Village.  To participate in our Village of Suffern Outdoor Dining on Sidewalks Program, complete the application located HERE .  The application is also included in the  Start Up Suffern Resource Guide.

The Village of Suffern is also pleased to announce the Temporary Outdoor Dining Permit For Expansion of Tables and Chairs into Adjacent Restaurant Owner Property.  This additional program is available to our Restaurant Owners who have adjacent property, such as a driveway or dining area, that is not located on a Village of Suffern sidewalk.  For Restaurant Owners with adjacent property that  will be participating in the program for Temporary Outdoor Dining For Expansion of Tables and Chairs into Adjacent Restaurant Owner Property, complete the application located HERE .
