An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until October 1, 2024

Believe it or not, you can get effective exercise from a chair, the exercises are low-impact yet effective.  A few benefits are strengthening and toning muscles and improving cardiovascular and bone health.  People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair. Classes will be held in the Suffern Community Center, 41 Washington Ave
