Weather permitting,  class is held at the Virginia Menschner Gazebo.  On colder days, and/or inclement weather, classes will be held in the Suffern Community Center, 41 Washington Avenue.. Believe it or not, you can get effective exercise from a chair, the exercises are low-impact yet effective.  A few benefits are strengthening and toning muscles and improving cardiovascular and bone health.  People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair.
