Loose leaves will be collected curbside throughout the Village of Suffern from October 15, 2023 thru December 15, 2023. Bagged leaves will also be collected during this period.
After December 15, only bagged leaves will be collected.
Loose leaves shall be raked and placed curbside, NOT IN THE ROADWAY.
Placement of loose leaves within the roadway creates unsafe conditions for residents, drivers, pedestrians and Village employees including emergency services. In addition, the placement of leaves in the roadway restricts the flow of stormwater during rain events.
