Chair Exercise

Believe it or not, you can get effective exercise from a chair, the exercises are low-impact yet effective.  A few benefits are strengthening and toning muscles and improving cardiovascular and bone health.  People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair. Open to Village of Suffern residents.
